To be fair, he probably saw something or was taught something about bioplastics. I doubt many grocery stores, if any, use the bags, but they do exist

Have you considered that this person might be a bag boy because he didn’t choose to take advantage of the educational opportunities he was given in school? You guys act like if material was taught, every student would learn it and remember it permanently. That’s not how it works, and you know it.
