My son and my daughter have been in BJJ/wrestling classes for a few years. Outside of being completely caught off guard and over powered I have the utmost confidence in their abilities to defend themselves.

Not sure how old she is, but never too late for her to start training.

Eta: JFC I didn’t realize how old this was.

You have heard the old saying "Don't bring a knife to a gun fight." The criminals have guns. Potential victims should have bigger guns and more training.

Top quality pepper spray is a much better option to me than a gun for women that don’t train with a firearm regularly. I carry in my truck also to give me another option besides pulling out a gun.
