Two year old plumeria on back porch.
Just noticed small white dots all over the top of the leaves.
Size of a pin head.
Dark spot on most of them. Not moving but we have looked on line and not positive but think they are mealy bugs.
Can you recommend a spray or can we dust with Sevin?
