21 yr old calls 911 for bullshite. Cops show up and she goes into racist rants at cops. Cops go to leave but she decides to throw rocks at the cops then hilarity ensues

People, similar to her, have tried for years to provoke law enforcement to create confrontations and then claim victim status based upon LONG passed previous transgressions.

In the video they say that she keeps calling the cops over and over and this was the second time they went to her house that night. I can understand why they would want to explain why she should not do that.

She called the police because her boyfriend stole her dog. At 8:30 she starts crying for them to let her go because her “dog is inside” and she has no one to take care of him.

We had a guy that lived in the Bottoms repeatedly calling 911 one night for bullshite.
On the 3rd trip, and after multiple warnings to stop dialing 911 unless there was an actual emergency, he was charged with Illegal Use of 911 and an officer took his phone and dropped it as evidence. No more calls

Alright so I watched the whole video.
Calling 911 like she allegedly did is against the law.
I do think the officers need to realize she is obviously going through some crap. There was a point where they could have just said to themselves this girl is crazy we need to leave.
They were never really able to say what I believe they were there to say.
I believe they were just trying to educate her on how 911 calls work.
She was not a saint and was unstable.
Throwing rocks in the situation is crazy even if at the ground.
Maybe good they brought her in for a psych evaluation.
