maybe watch the video dumbass, and turn the sound on and actually listen to the rock hit, as well as her say she threw a rock.

The fact that she didnt say "I cant breathe", is shocking

Its usually their go to, right after "Get me a supervisor" and "I want my lawyer."

Yeah, I have been watching a lot of these stupid videos lately and so many of them come out with the, I can't breathe quick

That only applies when you're overdosing on fentanyl.

If you listen to the one by the door (sheriff’s deputy?) when he talks to the PD officer in blue, he establishes that the woman had gotten in his face and thought it was possible she was going to attack him.

This was between the second and third time she came out of the house.

Just getting up in the officer’s face, even if you don’t touch him, is assault. They let a LOT slide before those rocks flew.

We know that you can't do either at someone, much less a cop.

Now show me the distinction in the law that makes them different for one to not garner arrest?

She straight ups says she threw rocks

There's clearly a difference between a situation of her, picking up a rock from her porch and tossing it into the flower bed by her door, or her picking up a rock and throwing it in the officers' direction.

All avoidable if she treated the cops like a normal person, instead of an enemy.

I don't know how those cops could have been anymore polite while she verbally harassed them.

The one whose cam was on when the rock was thrown wasn’t facing her but her saying “I was throwing rocks in my yard” is pretty much a justification to go back.

She is allowed to do that on her property.

And her running like hell when they turned around sure seems like she knew she done fricked up good.

This is called confirmation bias.

About the only thing making it different from Dragnet (1987) is a lack of Joe Friday telling her exactly what laws she was breaking through her behavior. But only because she kept cutting off the cop trying to tell her that.

I’m allowed to shoot BBs at a target on my property but doing it while I am in the middle of cursing out a number of cops would be considered a very bad move.

Where is the evidence that she did that? Clearly there was none, otherwise there would not have been the question, "Did she just throw rocks at us?" Instead it would have been, "She just threw rocks at us."

She admits to throwing the rock about a hundred times. It's not in question.

so after she makes a false 911 call & verbally abusing 3 police officers for 10 mins - she just decided to skip some stones as soon as they turn their back to her?

She says she threw a rock into her yard. A rock making a noise when it hit the ground means nothing. Did it hit one of those guys? Did it roll up on one of their boots? Just how far away do the police have to get before you can do things on your own property and exercise your rights as an American? Or, are the police such a special anointed class that you can't do anything in their presence?

Look, video may show she threw right at them, but what we have here is not proof of anything at all.

Thus why this discussion is stupid.

I do think the officers need to realize she is obviously going through some crap. There was a point where they could have just said to themselves this girl is crazy we need to leave. That is not their job.

What was their job in this situation?

I don’t think it’s cut and dried that they handled this well.
She obviously didn’t handle it well.

People, stop calling the cops when you don’t actually need them. it’s bad for everyone.

It makes no difference if it hit them or not. By this point in the evening she should have been arrested already for abusing 911. They were trying to let her go and you think she suddenly took up rock chunking for no reason? That's stupid. If she's got video of her playfully underhand moving rocks around then she should STFU and let that work out for itself because there's ZERO she can say or do at this point that doesn't make it worse for her other than STFU and Comply.

She's her own worst enemy because she can't tell the difference in a thought, and a feeling and has retarded ability to consider consequences of her own actions.

Teach your kids better people.

If she stops screaming long enough for the cop to finish what he was saying, he is gone.

Pretty sure he was going to say “abusing 911 is a crime, doing what you are doing is disorderly conduct, we will let you go with a warning if you chill the frick out and let us finish.”
