This is sad. Somewhere along the way she was never taught how to contain anger while accepting an unfavorable outcome or perceived unfairness. She went ballistic on them and then was absolutely shocked and crying when they cuffed her.

Sometimes you just gotta shut up and listen to people talk, even if you disagree.

you do know that the presumption of innocence is rebuttable and that the state bares the burden of proving the guilt? Arresting her and charging her with a crime are steps in the process of rebutting the presumption.

Second, she admitted that she threw rocks, she did not need to hit the LEOs to be charged with simple assault. Arguing that her throw was bad and she missed by too wide of a margin to constitute an assault would be a weak argument when taking the entire incident into consideration.

I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are not a lawyer. At best you are a first year law student who has a lot to learn.

actually - if she had been rational and let the cop explain to her why she could not abuse 911, I'm pretty sure they would have let it go. they didn't want to deal with the paperwork and shite for a simple misunderstanding.

she escalated the situation, not them. look I get that Cops do negative shite all the time, but not all of it is bad because of them. the fact of the matter is this - listen, stay calm and don't give them a reason to haul your arse to jail - it is not hard.

it is the same situation as the other guy in FL driving a golf cart on the public roadway, and then the cop tried to talk to him, he got combative, demanding they leave. then his wife got involved, and they went to jail.

I am not saying to blindly comply, but do not escalate the situation.

Here boobies shaken definitely made it tolerable to watch. The show really starts in the 12 min mark but she gives the grand finally around 19:20. Finished strong no doubt.

Female emotional dysregulation. It's a thing. I'm guessing a sudden mood came over her, she felt terribly sorry for herself, she created a huge, manufactured indignity that only existed in her head, transferred the blame to the cops for her psychological discomfort, projected all her negative emotions onto them, attributed evil motives and actions to them that they never felt or did, escalated to the nuclear level until she got a reaction, made the cops reaction to her aggression the issue in her head instead of her own behavior, never felt or took any personal accountability, and blew up her own life for no reason. And when she looks back at the whole affair, she absolutely 100% feels that she was a victim, expects a formal apology (and more) and that her unlucky and unhappy life is because of those mean men. And no lesson was learned, no progress made, and the behavioral loop will just continue indefinitely with no self-awareness or regret ever. EVER.
