I second your entire list and would like to add one more: streaming services.
I hear about a show or movie that sounds interesting and then realize it's on a streaming service I don't subscribe to. F all that. I'm going back to 3 channels.

Movies like what the Coen Bros, Scorcese make. No good comedies anmore. Only two I've liked in the last few years were Palm Beach and that one with Jennifer Lawrence No Hard Feelings was pretty good.
I like watching games and not constantly having to look to see if my fantasy player or bet is doing well. I played fantasy for a long time but just don't like it anymore.
I like bars. Old, dirty, sketchy bars. I don't like vaping or smoking weed or fancy wine bars or clubs.
I like the outdoors. Riding bikes, hiking, swimming, kayaking, exploring.
I like working in the yard (old man). I like going to new places and trying new foods.
I do like technology (some of it).

Video games today aren't anywhere near what we played as kids. If we had what these kids have today, we would 100% be doing exactly what they're doing.
8 hours per day? No. But they honestly look so fun. Sitting in your room with a giant monitor and a headset on so you can talk to your friends the whole time...in the AC...seems like a pretty good way to spend a hot summer afternoon.
And as an older person, I can't knock things kids do today if it wasn't even around when I was a kid. Would I have been on SnapChat, TikTok, and Insta all day as a teen? Yes, yes, and yes.
