Yes it was and his test came back Monday and he tested negative

I thought that was Oschner as a nationwide company? I probably didn’t comprehend properly.

Neither. I don’t want to say the Parish but it was an Ochsner hospital

He's talking out of his arse big time. I have dozens of friends and family that work in clinical roles at Ochsner facilities and they all have a much different take than him.

To be clear, this isn’t just an isolated Ochsner issue. This is everywhere. We just happen to employ the majority of Louisiana work force.

The tests were taking days as of last week in the Br area. Ochsner developed a faster one, but there are still just a few people who work for the state working to confirm positives and negatives. That is what is still taking time for the official figures. I think just last week they finally trained a 3rd person to do the confirmations. The two people who had been doing it we working 14 hour days, 7 days a week.

Got my test at Ochsner Monday evening. No results yet. I think it has to be released by the doc that ordered it also. Not sure at what point of the day results are released. Maybe tommorow I'll find out. My fevers and body aches have subsided but now getting very mild shortness of breath. Almost like a chest tightness.

You seem to be the one without the clue.

Ochsner now owns Lafayette General. Not sure between them and Lourdes who has more ICU space.
Lafayette General has more ICU beds than Lourdes

Ochsner doesn't operate any hospital in New Orleans.
The main campus on Jefferson Hwy has a New Orleans address and Ochsner Baptist is Uptown. So yes, Ochsner does operate in New Orleans.

Probably because it's in Jefferson Parish.
It's amazing how many people who are not from the New Orleans Metro Area are willing to argue this point. Ochsner has always treated a ton of patients from Central America. Not many know where Jefferson, LA is, but all of them know where New Orleans is.
