That is not entirely true, Tulane only has 15 vent patients, but they are also doing trials and from what I heard, it is business as usual (busy). They are able to get patients off of the vents with the new protocols. EJ is also not at ICU capacity. The bigger problem is Ochsner's nurses being out sick and having to get travelers to work in that environment.
