I’ve known Jerry and his family for a long time, and he’s always been a really good driven guy.

I just hope he stays away from Chambers....

I know Stephanie Cargile. She’s Exxonmobil’s public affairs director and a really good lady.
I’m sure Exxon’s gonna throw a ton of money into this charade.

Book it. This guy will end up not playing by the rules of Gravy and Gilmore and someone's shitty laundry will end up in the street. This guy isnt Troy Bell...seems like a decent kid. Too bad he has to still enter the problem of getting in bed with Gravy.

let's give the young man a chance to prove himself, however, i'll lay money down that this young man will be corrupted by the NBR machine and will either become part of the problem or will be shown the door IF he chooses to fight status quo, and that $80K doesn't include anything under the table...

From his LinkedIn profile, it looks like he's done a fair amount of post-grad studying and has a good amount of actual experience with economic development. Hopefully the BR machine doesn't chew him up, because it seems like he could have a decent political career ahead of him.

Taking the NBR job wasn't the wisest career move

What in the frick is gravy commissioner of? Do they seriously pay him?

If this guy can get anyone to build in NBR........give the SOB a raise because he is a miracle worker.

He also listed proficiency in economic analysis and industrial recruitment, including more than two years in the St. John Parish position.

And there has literally been 0 economic Development in St. John parish in the last two years.

Great job, BR.
