It’s already a small factor in my potential Gameday plans. The connection is fraying anyway, and it’s not really anything the university has done poorly. But think about it…

If you graduated as recently as 2010 or so, you’ve seen a major makeover in campus appearance as far as construction goes. That’s a positive. You’ve seen a major demographic shift. That’s probably not a positive, as it has been forced. The gameday experience has vastly changed. You have restrictions and fees tacked onto tailgating left and right, and now the ghetto gatherings? In the stadium, we have the piped in music issue. NIL and the portal also distances fans from the players a bit.

Many changes, and I can’t really think that many of them improve the gameday and travel experience.

The holistic admission standards actually started with King Alexander. He wanted to be like Ivy League schools, but those schools are already attracting kids with high test scores and superior H.S. Education. But, UC Berkeley is experiencing the dumbing down:

That may be a factor internal to LSU.

But the culcha was emboldened by the Obama and Biden administrations. Think of this: 12 of the last 17 years they have been fed from every media source and angle that white supremacy and systemic racism are THE problems. They have been emboldened to think they can act like animals without any repercussions. None.

IMO, there are no politically correct solutions. At some point, citizens who want to live in a free and decent society will have to confront BLACK culture.

It is that culture that has led to "fatigue," "we don't have a race problem, we have a problem race," "it's not all of them, but it's always them." "Offended by everything, ashamed of nothing; entitled to everything, contributing nothing."
