So...not the woman giving the oral, but a different woman is complaining about this? I guess if they were doing this right out in the open then I get it, but otherwise I don't know what the complaint is here.

The way sexual harassment law is written, the person who walked in on the blowie is entitled to sue even though they weren’t on either end of it.
Basically, them doing it on company property and having someone run across them is a problem.

These companies are not "woke". They just have to cater to the current climate. Their first priority are their stock holders.
If the majority of the people who are buying your shoes lean more to the "woke" side then you go woke because you don't want your competitors to steal them away because they decided they could reel in a new group of customers by going woke.
