"from stuntwoman to bad a** attorney" commercials running on TV now. This is an atty who is involved in some of the 18 wheeler "accidents" the feds are investigating right now.
what a joke.
and the LSBA just keeps letting the race to the bottom of advertising continue unchecked. what a joke of an organization.

So what you are telling me is that a bunch of lawyers went before another lawyer appointed or elected as aJudge and argued against the right of other lawyers elected to office to restrict all of their ability to advertise and make money? Yep. No conflict there.

It’s such a joke. Way back in the day they weren’t even allowed to have a sign outside of their own building bc that was considered “advertising”.
How we got from that to were we are today is amazing (in a bad way).
