I bet she knows as much law as an ashtray.

i don't know if she's a good attorney but she's a rainmaker

Court records show that Motta has represented more people claiming to be hit by freight trucks in a shorter period of time than some long-established attorneys whose advertisements have made them household names.
“We're not talking about the billboards, we're not talking about the lawyers who non-stop have commercials on television,” WWL-TV legal analyst Chick Foret said, referring to Motta.
A cluster of similar New Orleans truck accident lawsuits filed by Motta and other accident attorneys over the past few years are now under federal scrutiny.

The Alabama Hammer (Mike Slocumb) has a commercial where he was beating a 18 wheeler with a sledge hammer. It didn't run long.

Isn’t there a shady, felon boyfriend lurking in the background, too? I seem to remember Motta is just the pretty face with the law license, and he is the alleged mastermind.

How do you even sleep knowing that every other professional thinks you're an absolute joke?

a- lawyer isn't a profession anymore, as evidenced by commercials like this one, the ones with cartoon talking dogs, and the ones with people holding up huge checks
b- narcissism and money beats pride every time. They really just don't care

Well, you're lumping PI attorneys in with the rest of us. Most PI attorneys are also a joke among the majority of the bar
And yes there's an extremely high level of narcissism

yuuuup, boyfriend/fiance' was disbarred, served time in prison after pleading guilty and admitting that he rigged an election. Boyfriend then forms a company in NV that fronts money to Motta for all medical bills incurred by plaintiff. Once case settles, Motta pays back money with high interest fees to boyfriend. Sounds like shady business practices and money laundering to me.
As an attorney, you already knew this

This is correct. He is a disbarred attorney who did fed time for fraud. He is also associated with a medical funding company based out of Las Vegas.

Well, that's one way to make money; have zero shame.
Posted on 5/15/20 at 12:06 pm to TheCurmudgeon
Well you’ve obviously not seen the Mike Slocum commercials in Alabama or the fact that 95% of the bill boards have Alexander Shunnarah on them.

I’m so glad that none of my close friends are personal injury attorneys because I would chew their arse out relentlessly.

Such bad quality and goofy film it just made me laugh! I would not hire that.

Can't y'all push for PI attorneys to be called lowyers instead of lawyers then? Seems far more of a representative term for them.
