Such a alleged scheme is absolutely not unique to Motta and there are other attorneys and doctors who are currently under the microscope for similar acts. Some know it, some don't. Yet.

I was second chair on a >$2.5M jury trial verdict last year so if there is ever a year to post a tax return, this is the time
