I bring extra sets of pants and shoes to work with me. When I shite, I take them in the bathroom and go in the other stalls I'm not using and put the shoes in front and drape the pants to make it look like someone's in the stall. That way everyone thinks the bathroom is full and I get to shite by myself.

I'm am still 5 or so years from moving to the officers' floor. What makes it even tougher is the fact that he was my hire.

Why not just embrace the company and enjoy having someone to talk to? You could use the time to take the youngster under your wing.
