I have done similar without lasting results. I have held projects until shortly before shitting time, and gave him stiff deadlines for completion. Works for that time and day, but he keeps reverting back to 10:30 and 3:00. Stubborn fricker he is.

You're seriously complaining about someone going to the bathroom the same time as you on the OT? Christ Almighty man. Just go fricking 5 minutes before that cocky out of college kid, and take the smelliest shite of all time, and then it'll get the kid all hot and bothered. I wouldn't have a problem with it so long as he makes frequent courtesy flushes.
There's a guy at work that will have the most unholy of shits that last 20 minutes and he doesn't flush until he's completely done. I've smelt it from the hall once and turned around.
