Truly a legend. Thanks for all Coach! If you got to play for him, or even just to meet him, you got to hear some great stories. No one like him.

Leaving should absolutely be acceptable. Returning is where we should have safeguards.

You realize people bring their own tastes to the new place, not the other way around? If they’re all from Houston, then you want a Texas Bbq joint and a Tex Mex restaurant.

I wouldn’t personally want that, but people bring their preferences with them, they don’t start fresh on arrival.
McDonald’s CEO said it before - people are not addicted to the fast food, they are addicted to the lifestyle that fast food allows.

You can leave 20 minutes before a teeball game, stop at a fast food place, feed your full family on the way to the destination, and have not been required to do any real extra work.

For high wage hourly employees it is actually more economical to work a little harder for another hour than to go home early and cook.

Overall, it’s basic psychology- people prefer less work at something they don’t desire, and more time doing what they prefer.

Which is also why pre-ordering on an app fails at most places. Pre-ordering at most places (not CFA) only makes their process faster, but the end user still has to follow all the steps and wait on others who didn’t follow the expedited process. If drivers could skip the line and it was actually handed to them quickly, everyone would use the apps except for rare occasions.
Gas is always .20 cheaper, and sometimes as much as .40 less than other gas stations, so getting gas there pays the for membership without even considering any other savings.
That is really cool. It also blows my mind that there are only about 2,000 fragments of the Iliad and nobody doubts it authenticity, but there are over 25,000 Biblical fragments and people question its authenticity.
It’s $50 and 2hr 55mins by train, and there are no holiday drivers.

Dude liked to get down
Nah, just like Coach Bergman said when they lost out in the CWS one year with a stable of pitching - I didn’t come here with a plan to win one game, we have a plan to win a championship and that plan requires everyone to do their job.

Which gas station do you work at again?

Its not the cost of the sensor, it's the labor. They have to take the tires off, replace the sensor, then program them.

And the lift time. Using the lift for this job means telling someone else that if they ask for another service, it will be later getting done. They factor in the cost of the lift time/loss of potential income as part of the cost of the job so that it makes sense to offer the service instead of not offering that service and only targeting high profit jobs.
I don’t think you know what Armageddon really means.

No, I’m not worried about Armageddon, because when Christ returns it’ll be the best think that could happen.

I realized the other day I have no idea the sexual or political orientation of almost any player on the team now,

This is odd that anyone would give two flying fricks what a person who isn’t in the sex industry has to say about sex.

If you are a soccer player, I tune in for your soccer skills. If you’re a teacher, I sit there to learn your area of expertise.

Talking about sex publicly and disclosing a person’s personal preferences is very weird in virtually every situation.

For the record, there are almost 50 million k-12 students, so about 6% of students take the IOWA test. LINK
