ONLY USE DISTILLED WATER.
This is true but we boil water and fill a mason jar to cool the day before. Then we boil water and then fill our pot with the cooled water, add a bit of hot water and sea salt and go to town. The remainder of the hot water we refill the mason jar with for the next day. It sounds complicated but its a really simple, efficient way to make sure your water is sterilized.

They help quite a bit. I had nasal surgery and forgot to do it for like a week a month and a half after and was dying.

My health care provider recommended I use one, but I'm sceptical that they work.
Wait a minute. Were you going for a dad joke here?

Love those things.
Keeps me from having sinus issues all year long.

I'd recommend it. I can feel when my throat is getting scratchy and give it a rinse with salt water. Haven't been sick when using it

I washed some giant arse blobs of yellow stuff out yesterday. My ENT compared it to flossing, FWIW.

Seems like it would bring the most temporary of relief.

I love the Navage. Was weird at first, but then I got use to it. It helps a lot when needed.

People have died from Brain Eating Amoeba using tap water.
No worries. The brain eating amoeba would starve to death in the OP's case.
