My health care provider recommended I use one, but I'm sceptical that they work.

They are great. Work outdoors and use mine all the time. I use warm distilled water.

Yes, they work pretty well, as long as properly used. I've seen more than one person frick up what should be a simple process and not get much out of it.

Do it as instructed, and it'll help.

My wife uses the navage. She has constant sinus issues. Seem to help her.

If God had wanted me to flush my sinuses he would have installed a hose higher than my waist.

One of life's great pleasures is using a Neti Pot to flush a big slug snot from your sinuses.

You can get brain eating amoebas from it. Be sure to use distilled water.

But I figure as soon as I go outside the pollen and ragweed will just clog up my sinuses again.

First discovered these when I flew to Washington for business and developed a horrible sinus infection. My Dr called in an Rx for me and told me to use a neti pot. The immediate relief was amazing and I was hooked. I use them all the time now when I spend a lot of time outside during allergy season.

I use this squeeze bottle one and like it. Easier to use than the regular pot, but much cheaper than the Navage.

Use it everyday. Well, not a neti pot but a nasal rinse bottle that I find much easier to use then a neti.

I don't use the saline solution that comes with it but just sea salt.

I really messed up my sinuses using one.
My nostril was so backed up that the water went somewhere other that where it was supposed to go, that was several months ago and I’m still having issues with what feels like water on my ear.

Im lazy so i just spray arm and hammer saline up one side and let it come out the other.

Quick and easy.

Yes, used one, works.

However, dont know if stated, ONLY USE DISTILLED WATER.

People have died from Brain Eating Amoeba using tap water.
