Negative Biopsy Results, Boys!!!

Long form: A lot of you remember I was diagnosed with testicular cancer in Feb 2021. Had the surgery and went through chemo. July 21 the pet scan showed the tumors in my abdomen had shrunk, doc classified me as in "partial remission" and released me to work. Had a follow up pet scan in October to make sure the tumors were shrinking or gone and BAM! The same lymph node chain had more showing signs of infection all the way into my chest - so it was time to go through phase two of the fight. Went through several more rounds of chemo including two which were "high dose", meaning an entire rounds worth of the drugs were pumped into my system every night for four consecutive nights. Following that they transplanted stem cells into my body.
This April I went through the post chemo scans again and it showed no progress made against the tumors, including the one sitting between my heart and lung. My oncologist was completely shocked by this result so he ordered a bronchoscopy biopsy through the lung to see wtf is going on. It came back completely clear of cancer malignancies.
What does it mean aside from it's not cancer? They're not certain yet. It could be the tumors are dead and gone, it could be "Granulomatous Lymphadenitis", it could be various forms of tuberculosis. I'm going to get more tests run next week to figure it all out. I'm by no means a medical guru and my doc told me that i'm not completely out of the woods as far as serious stuff, but its looking a TON better than a few months ago.

TL;DR - Had cancer, I very well may have beaten it but had other stuff going on with the same lymph node chain that was associated with the original cancer.
