If you want to know how much cancer sucks, notice he's happy that it might just be tuberculosis.

Keep on keepin on.

Good news

I went through a similar fight about 16 years ago. Found the time, removed it an right testicle, then started chemo. For the nex 18 months each scan show an enlarged lymph node in my abdomen but blood work did not show the two cancer marker hormones. Finally the lymph node started to shrink and doc stopped doing cat scans.

I still go every December to get blood work done. I would advise the same.

What type did you have? I had embryo carcinoma and it had spread to lymph nodes but no other organs yet

Still remember the chemo names (and the metallic taste they left)
Blyomycin
Vp-16
Cysplatin

3 3 week cycles with a 1 week break since my blood counts dropped so much. (Plus two transfusions)

Congrats Horse. I just saw your thread.

That's great news, because you are still a young man with a lot of life left to live.

I hope that extra crap that's still inside of you, that they can't figure out, turns out to be another testicle.

Now, go celebrate with some Vitamin P.

That’s fantastic news. That treatment protocol sounds absolutely brutal, glad it worked!
