Need a Guy Code ruling from the OT

I was not involved in this but know the parties involved. A group of guys go out of town a couple of weeks ago on a guy trip. One guy has been dating a girl for awhile (she's smoke) and they are living together. He was apparently aggressive trying to pick up women on the trip and it's unclear whether he was successful or not.
Another guy, who tried to cockblock me one time, observes this behavior and when they return from the trip calls up the girlfriend of the aggressor and rats him out. He's also been trying to get in her pants for years (the girl even concedes this). There were apparently other incidences in the past so she throws him out of her house.
She told me all of this out at a lake trip over the weekend and I called the guy doing the ratting a snitch and said no one would trust him again and she said he was just trying to watch out for her. If true as it was told to me all parties involved are lowlifes and I would never put myself in either position but I contend what happens on the road stays on the road. What say the OT?
