Ive known cheaters and I never snitch. I may talk to the cheater and tell them they are busted and leave it up to them.
I also believe that every person has been betrayed before in one way or another and never knew about it. They go through life otherwise happy and oblivious. Had they known it could have devastated them and change their life in a bad way forever. Either way, I try and stay out of it
