That would finally be some justice for us because he continues to gallivant around having fun with his PPP money like he did nothing wrong. Get thrown out of Disney no problem go to Universal.
He is also doing something in McAllen Texas. Texas now needs to watch out for this shyster, he has already dup'd Florida.
There was a sub contractor that actually drove all the way up here to put up signs all over that he hadn't paid his bills down there.

Read my posts. Covid is why he is still out and about b/c that is how he got PPP money to continue his lifestyle and screw people. During Covid the govt shut everything down. It was every excuse in the book. The courts are shut, due to covid we need to give people extra time to answer the subpoenas, we are working remotely and things are going very slowly. A year and three months documents provided by all blue cross blue shield, agent, providers, transamerican- but alas no records from Kelly!!

If what you’re saying is true then both of his PPP loans will be audited for being over $2 million and he will be on the hook for the full amount. 1099 employees were supposed to apply for their own PPP loans so he was never entitled to the money in the first place, again, based on what you said.

You need to contact a lawyer that is well versed in whistleblowing if what you said about the PPP is correct. You can potentially get a big cut of what he stole from the taxpayers thanks to the False Claims Act.
