I thought you could recovery atty fees, punitive and/or treble damages for ERISA violations. Look into that.
Fairly certain Kelly was kicked out of his first undergrad institution for honor code violations. Maybe he took the “gentleman’s option” and went quietly to the SAE house at LSU.

Yes exactly and we are appalled that he didn't get audited before he got the second handout. I know he went through first guarantee bank to get these fraudulent loans. Word on the street is that it is made up of the crooks from the First NBC debokal. Obviously not the ones indicted. Maybe Nakamoto should investigate that also.
Also all you people angry with Chris, we reached out to him with this story. We needed help. I think he did a great job.

How ironic…
His web site has a section called “Executive Spotlight Q&A: Kelly Sills, Coastal Bridge Company”.
Check out this excerpt from the “interview”.

Funny thing is he really lives the life some people on here pretend to.
Many more people could live lives like that if they didn't have to pay bills.

Afraid of the mayor Chris?
This is a pretty damn interesting story IMO. I think Nak has done pretty well here and look forward to his follow ups.

I'm told he made her the CFO. I'd imagine she would be in some trouble as well.

Once again, there were only two people allowed to sign checks. Kelly predominantly signed them. He had to okay all bills being paid.

Scarletto, keep the stories up

Scarletto, did you work in the front for him at the convention office?? But you’re correct, he had to give the ok for all bills. I heard him once tell his prior cfo to call one concrete company after the other denied due to late payment. The second company said the same. Finally called a third that would only need half the money of what the other two needed to open his account back up. I was shocked listening to that, and then the way he talked to his employees.

I got one for you. Employees that he considered great and felt he needed to be good to, if they got seriously sick he would convince them to let him give them a stipend to pay them to go on Obama care and he would remove them from our blue cross blue shield plan. There was actually an insurance agent that would do this for him.
who was covered under the company life insurance?? we still don't know and who cares if someone got it if he was really paying the premiums???
So many people enabled him it is sickening. We were hoping this broadcast would make them feel bad but hey I guess to them it is just business and CYA!!! Absolutely unethical and no regard for these people- these individuals know who they are and trust me, they are all hiding. Problem is he cant help but to continue his scams so it is not going away!
I am truly so upset this could happen here and that anyone could treat people who were loyal and were hard workers for you. I always read about Bernie Madoff and others but could never imagine it really goes on this frequently. I was upset also that Blue Cross didn't care. They paid portions of our bills then latter took it back from the providers. Try that on for size no morals or compassion! Notified coverage ended in November in March the following year!

The company invoiced DOTD for a State Police detail. It was responsible for paying State Police but did not. Coastal Bridge was awarded the emergency repair contract to fix the Sunshine Bridge when a barge ran into it in 2018. Louisiana State Police had to work a 24/7 traffic detail on both sides of the bridge to prevent cars from going across. Coastal Bridge sent DOTD three invoices totaling $880,860 for the LSP detail. DOTD said it paid Coastal Bridge for the work. Two years later, State Police confirmed to WBRZ those invoices are still outstanding.
Maybe this has been brought up, but why wouldn’t DOTD just pay State Police directly?
