Not necessarily. I have seen a lot of people with his lifestyle use the company to run their personal finances through. When I was in the public accounting spectrum, it was not uncommon for me to see records where they had their company paying their utilities (electric, cable, internet, cell) & personal cars with the argument that they sometimes do work from home.
I even had one client use their companies as a personal credit card (groceries, night clubs, dating sites...)
I know nothing of this guy other than what I have read in this thread, I'm just saying that unless you have seen the books I wouldn't rule it out. Too many times these owners that life this lifestyle think, well it's my money anyway so why not.

And everything you just stated is an IRS problem which I clearly stated he would be liable for.
The concrete supplier isn’t getting his past due account paid up because this guy ran personal expenses through his business.
