At the parish council meeting last week they passed the building of townhomes on Montrose “Loretta Townhomes” . Quality Engineers was there to represent the project . Wonder if this is a Kelly Sills LLC project ?
Heavy amounts of drug use will do that to a person !!
Well speaking to him first hand I would question is that before or after he does a line of coke ? In my past dealings with him after he’s sends he’s bible verses and emoji text in the mornings . He would do a hit or whatever of cocaine mixed with god only knows what . Then would go off the deep end cussing screaming and by that afternoon not remember a thing he said or did!
Yup and thanks I was just making an observation of what I know .

Well it’s Louisiana roads most won’t care or even notice .
It’s code for lime stone and maybe gravel to produce sub par asphalt. Go ride I12 at Satsuma tell me how that roadway rides . It’s already loosing its color I’m sure it won’t be long before the OGFC starts pealing up .
