We have been vacationing in CO the past week, it has rained nearly every day for about 30min in the afternoon, never interfered with our activities.

No such thing as bad weather, just bad gear. I am at the point where I prefer it to be raining. You don't have to deal with all the yuppies being out that complain about the slightest little thing instead of recognizing how lucky they are to be able to get out and enjoy the outdoors. Heading on a kayak trip this for the next couple of days. Sitting here waiting on my buddies to get here and it is raining. Going to be a great weekend.
