You managed to have your truck stolen, post on OT, police arrive, look at the neighbors HD video, contact Onstar, post on OT again, locate your truck and have police on scene in East NO apartment, post on OT again.....all within 2 hours? Hrmm.

Some companies have begin writing an exclusion into auto policies for leaving the keys in the vehicle. Who is your insurer?

1) I've lost any respect I might have even thought of having for you............never ever leave your keys in your car...but then I suppose it's because you are not from NOLA that you acted stupidly

2) I lost respect for the guys who boosted your car. You never hit up a GM because of the On Star.....Ford OK, Dodge OK.....Nissan, Toyota....all OK

Dude , your car was running wasn't it .....dumbass; the fact they hit you so fast tells me this

Knowing a few Alabama fans, wondering if the Dodge Charger has been located as well?

These car thieves will drive around looking for people that are jumping out of their cars and running into the house briefly while leaving their car running the drive way. They then sprint to the car and drive off. Stop making it easy on these pieces of shite.

Or at the very least drive a stick shift or a clunker.

(Friend's van uptown, thirty + years old, stolen twice, farthest it got from his house was six blocks. Clunkers rule.)

Point being that we all make "stupid" mistakes from time to time.

Yep, in Algiers Point we had a really good bug zapper in the back yard, behind two locked gates and only visible from the levee.

Heard the dogs next door bark one night, next morning the bug zapper was gone.

Our mistake was leaving it where it could be reached from the ground.

like the current administration in NOLA would allow proactive policing like that
