No way this dude has time for sex. He's too busy tuning the pipes on his Honda Civic in the parking lot.

Well, you missed one in that sentence.

Totally this. Guest parking is typically one time type visits. OP is shacking up. Respect the people who actually pay to live there and maintain the infrastructure.

Let's be honest here, the HOA leaders are not always that smart and/or experts at their position. A lot of times, they have no idea that what they are doing or threatening to do is illegal and they have no authority to even do it. We have quarterly HOA meetings for my neighborhood, and just about every meeting we have to pull out the bylaws and read it out loud to the president to calm him down. They all (HOA presidents) have a habit of making up the rules as they go along and playing it off as though it's the restrictions even though it really isn't. And they can't legally just make rules up without a majority vote from the HOA. Everybody in the HOA has to be on the same page. Now, if they all are on the same page and vote it, you're fricked and have to abide by it even though you may disagree.

Hard to get back at Shaunta...since she works for the Management Association instead of the HOA.

Your girlfriend can communicate directly to the local HOA Board (since she is a resident of the community), or she can contact management of CMA.

I missed this on the first read...has your car actually been towed twice already or did she mean you had been warned twice?

So this townhouse has a one car driveway that butts up against the house? No garage, no carport...just a 10 ft patio of concrete.

Or is your girlfriend's garage just full of shite?

The one thing I learned today from yellow jacket Armageddon. The use of gasoline and fire is your only solution. You know what to do.

Here's where she fricked up:

Aside from the shitty grammar, has your vehicle actually been towed by the HOA? If it hasn't then this individual has lied on official correspondence.

Take your arse to the HOA office and explain to them that you are a guest, and that if they tow your car, they will hear from an attorney.

I just got a letter from mine this week telling me to stop using a regular old sprinkler. We're in a drought, my grass needs water, my installed sprinkler system hasn't worked in over 10 years, yet I guess there's a bylaw against using an old fashioned one hooked to a hose pipe. I just laughed and tossed it in the garbage then went and turned the sprinkler on.

Important question...OP, did you keystroke in the letter on page 1 EXACTLY as it was received? Or is your grammar and typing ability incredibly subpar?

I'm trying to discern who the idiot is here, understanding it may be both.
