I'll stick to my usual advice on GF problems: There's billions of women on the planet, get a new gf! Problem resolved!

Important question...OP, did you keystroke in the letter on page 1 EXACTLY as it was received? Or is your grammar and typing ability incredibly subpar?

No, I copied verbatim what this lady sent to my GF. Trust me, I am not that low-IQ as to misspell "compliance" or use "are" instead of "or."

You’re there nearly 50% of the time for months on end, taking up a guest parking space when other homeowners pay for two spaces and may need that guest space.

3 times a week isn't anywhere close to 50% of the time. It's 12 days a month. Roughly 1/3 of the month.

So has you car already been towed twice or did she mean you had been warned twice?

She meant I had been warned twice - she's just dumb.

I wonder what the interpretation of "consecutive" everyone is using. Sounds like you are interpreting the rule as
you just need to be gone before your car is there for 48 straight hours and she is interpreting it to mean the car can't be in the lot two days in a row (even if you leave in that 48 hour period).

You need clarification.

Park your car in the driveway and her car in guest spot. Boom. Let's see them move tow an actual tenant

3/7 = 43%

What was I thinking saying 43% was nearly 50%? You’re right, it’s really more like 33%.

Plot twist: your girlfriend is "Shaunta" and this is some elaborate way to dump you.

"OMG Shaunta is mad, I guess you can't come over anymore. Totally sucks. Nice knowing you. Bye."

Read the OP. Tenants can't park in guest spots or else Shaunta gets mad. Boom. Reading comprehension.

I've beaten people with their own rulebook so many times I've lost count. I beat the state police twice for the same reason. No one ever reads the rules.

It must be awesome to be so self assured as to be able to speak with such certainty about situations that you have no knowledge of.

I made the State Police change how they administer portions of the motor vehicle inspection program across the state. They tried to use the rules against me. I read the rules and made them comply with the law.

Just because you can’t do it, doesn’t mean others can’t.

I have friends in a HOA neighborhood off of Bluebonnet in Baton Rouge. I have trouble finding the house unless they leave a car in the driveway. Every house is beige, with the same nail
Mailbox (btw Mail Box guys must make bank installing the same mailbox all the time) and same trim colors. The houses are nice on the inside. But so bland on the outside.

By looking at the front page it seems she is looking for a workaround for you on an old beater to alternate driving.
