Silverdick the new Mullen
According to a former coach of both Silverdick and Mullen they share quite a few similarities. As bad as you chubbed up for Mullen, you should be excited about Silverdick.

With the new 9 game conference schedule it will be a tough road for any of these coaches to make it to the playoffs in their first year.

In fact, four out of these six coaches will statistically fail to live up to the expectations of the fan bases within three years.

After looking over newly released schedules for 2026, this is my estimate:

Auburn 6-6

Arkansas 5-7

Florida 7-5

Kentucky 4-8

LSU 9-3

Old Miss 8-4

So, four of these teams will qualify for a bowl bid, but that alone doesn't seem to still be a basic standard of success.

This is all fluff. Never has a coaches success ever been determined by how personable they come off at media events.

Maybe, but it doesn't hurt when the coach has to do their own fund raising for NIL cause his AD is incompetent.

That he’s a dumb arse for making this post.

My kid balled his eyes out after the game last night because he was sad we had no more to go to together this year. Sometimes it’s about more than the result on the field

You’re a good father creating memories with your son. Some might consider making your child watch Arkansas football as a form of child abuse, passing on that generational despair of Hog sports but you’re a good father nonetheless.

Hear me out: We fire a career Oline coach, but we hire a Oline coach with a GM.

Even BP would have been better to keep at less $$$ RIght?

Maybe, maybe not, we’ll never know because it was obvious that wasn’t going to be an option. If Bobby could have won a game or two in his what seven tries, there might have been a chance. I sure there would have been a ground swell of support for him but he couldn’t even win a game. Not one.

Memphis beat us on the field and then we gave them an extra million to take the coach their fans wanted fired. Memphis kicked our arse and took our lunch money.

This hire was no surprise. The only surprise would have been if our administration hadn't found a way to screw it up. Thankfully they are as predictable as the results on the field.

This the expectation for our athletic director, poor decisions and outright incompetence. Strictly reacting to events instead of being proactive with foresight with plans in place.Missed opportunities, firing Pittman last year and not being in the situation with multiple historically better P4.programs being open. Firing Sam two months ago only for an underwhelming hire to be presented to the beaten down Razorbacks masses. Doubling down on shitty decision after shitty decision to save a few dollars. Always shortsighted in his thinking and looking for quick praise instead of building something substantial. frick you Hunter and powers that enable you.

In the end, Hunter Yurachek is the problem and those on the BOT that allow the failure to stay employeed need to wake up or we are done, if we aren’t already

Exactly what needs to happen before real progress and change can begin. Go to the main source and rip it out root and stem.
