Yeah I say that tongue in cheek. I would assume I picked up that particular colloquialism amongst friends after copious amounts of alcohol was had. Probably somewhere in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana if I had to guess.
I definitely wouldn't suggest actual use of that description in real world situation. Not to say it can't be used at all. But it would be a very narrow set of circumstances.

He should probably try to block them on her facebook and his.
He should say they are likely a scammer with his info.
Maybe he shouldn't act afraid of them either. Just tell them his wife doesn't care. I hope he never mentioned about his personal life to them. What I mean is, I hope he didn't tell them his wife hasn't put out.

He should definitely mention this to them as well.
He should threaten them he will go to the police if they don't leave him, his wife, and work alone.
Then block them and move on with his life.

Most of the Indian motel owners in America go by Patel. It's too widespread to simply be a family name. For some reason they adopt it when they immigrate.

I’m glad there aren’t a ton of people claiming this is just the OP hiding behind “his friend”.
I know almost no one on this board IRL but so know him and he definitely isn’t a married guy in Shreveport. Without saying too much he is a single guy out of state.
