Majority of college degrees from anywhere are pretty worthless on their own

You didn’t need a degree to be a school bus driver

I was an out of state student. I loved Louisiana, the Cajun culture, and LSU. But considering what LSU has become if I wanted the same experience today then I would choose UL-L, hook up with a coonass girl, and live happily ever after.

I have an 8 year old, 6 year old, and 10 month old so I have some time left. Dreading this day myself.

Their move in process was surprisingly efficient. I think my daughter was trying to get adjusted to having a bedroom about 40% the size of her one at home

LSU had dorms with cinder blocks. If I am not mistaken, Power Hall was one. Also, married student housing was also cinder blocks.

Ours will go to LATECH and live at home.

I always have a hard time going her daycare.
Having her go away to college would hard as hell.

I think it's totally normal for an 18 yr old to not know yet what they want to do with the rest of their life.
I’m 45 and I still feel that way (jk)

So where we gonna meet up now that Royal Hookah is closed?

And congrats I’ve got one out the house, five to go. #2 is a senior this year at LSU, so maybe by this time next year

We saw pictures of our old dorm rooms at Southeastern, Lee Hall and Livingston, and they looked like prison cells: cinder blocked walls with a sink and a desk.
East stadium dorms made those look like mar-a-lago.
