All about growth bro, I made 35k last year and 70k this year. Doubled my growth so I made 500k, just like every single one of my boys.

No I didn't. Like I said I'm happy to share my financials.

To each their own.

You shared your alleged Financials and you've never made 500k, and you said it was revenue.

Do you not have an office? Do you not have expenses?

However, it's very easy for an agent to make 500K plus a year in personal income, including six figure bonuses and paid travel trips.

This is what I said. Where did I say I made 500k? Yes my expense ratio is 35%. I said it was easy to get to that point. I assumed you would understand that it takes time to get there. but okay you're right I made 35K last year....

Being a school nurse in Chicago, San Francisco, or New York the past year would have been a nice gig. I doubt the virtual teachers have sent them many students.

Highway Patrolman.

120k a year easily by the end with the same in a guaranteed annual retirement.

Speed enforcement, transportation safety, and the dangerous world of gaming regulations to name a few of the lay outs for the senior guys.

Full time public information staff to constantly covet your image and build your brand in the press and social media.

At our expense.

Where in the hell is this a thing?

Sabbaticals. My mom did it. Took a year off with pay.

I had a brother in law who worked for a government agency. At every holiday gathering, he’d take a few breaks to send or respond to a few work emails from his team on his phone. They’d just have a circular conversation but they’d all be able to put down hours worked at the double holiday rate. There was peer pressure to participate. Same deal on weekends.

He is going to be able to retire early on a base pay that is pretty low.

And let me guess, you didn't report this waste of government money did you?

Without particular details about which government agency employs your brother in law it's difficult to determine if the is the rule or an exception. Typically actual essential workers may earn double time on holiday work, but local, state, and Federal departments make it difficult for many workers to be eligible for such an option. Usually it's either built in to their contract or defined in their specific job position, and without such extra pay flexibility (again, the vast majority don't have this) there's a lot of hoops for someone to be granted permission to work & receive comp pay. Their compensation comes in the form of paid holidays either given in that day or comped for future use.

Government supervisors and department heads avoid holiday, overtime, and comp pay as much as possible in positions they manage. Except with Fire, LEO, and maybe IT, Public Works, and DOT type jobs in case of emergency.

Yeah....for $40k

I dont know where you are. But im in south ms, work at a school district (non teacher... IT) our teachers make 60-75k a year in the district. Not a single one makes 40k

In East Baton Rouge Parish starting is $45,500 with a Masters it’s $46,700.

At 40 years experience it is $78,750 with a Masters it’s $82,200.

So the lowest paid teacher in EBR gets paid 13.75% more than the $40k number you initially stated? That’s a pretty big gap. I’d certainly notice if my check increased or decreased by that %

Well beating up on teachers because they make 13.75% more than I speculated is good I guess huh? Yeah that’s a real misunderstood career.

saw an ad in the newspaper long ago stating that a large percentage of women wear bras that don't fit correctly, and that one of the mall stores (Macy's or Dillards?) was having an expert bra fitter event at the store to assist women in determining their proper size and fit. If only my high school guidance counselor had mentioned that I would have known my calling in life. Who cares what it pays?

Alternatively you could become a mammographer, work 40 hours a week, and bring home 300K+

Medical device sales.

Work short days & golf, eat & drink.

Even with covid some clowns are clearing $500-700k.

Get the preferred products and you’re set. Hospitals are consolidating and people are getting older. Elective surgeries are gonna explode post-covid.
