Correct. There was a video circulating where some bickering could be heard and that was being framed as potential evidence of an altercation, but Wells could not be ID’d in the video. Later, a woman posted on social media that the bickering happened on her boat and it was unrelated to Wells and his friend group.

Another troubling comment from the father was his assertion that Nolan was left behind and would have never separated from the group. What he’s leaving out that has been confirmed by other witnesses was that Nolan’s boat was one of a few boats carrying friends in the same group. In fact, one of the key witnesses Jayvon Williams was also in that larger friend group but riding on another boat.
So Nolan wasn’t being left behind at all.

I'm sorry, I have held off on commenting but I can't stand it any more. I coached high school for almost 10 years and this generation is the most non-racist, accepting and forgiving of any that I can recall. They will accept ANYONE regardless of race, religion, sexual preference, etc. They are all friends. I had kids from every ethnic background and social status that became very good friends and are still to this day even after graduation. To say this was racially motivated is insane. These kids do not see skin color the way the kids of my generation did, I am 61 btw. I am not saying it was right but that is just how it was back then. I wish, for our country and our kids sake, we could put the race card to bed and get along.

Correct.
The parents (with Crumpy by their side) gave some interviews. One on GMA. While they're trying to take the high road, Crump won't let them. And they seem comfortable with Crumpy, Al, Kaep, and Perry so that's on them.

I saw someone post a video on instagram the other day of an altercation that with a bunch of drunk white boaters, and there is a black kid present in the video. The person who posted it said something like "could this be footage from Horn Island on July 4th with Nolan Wells in it???"
Well, the black kid in the video didn't remotely resemble Wells, and the beach that they were at was clearly not coastal, or on an island, and was surrounded by hills and inland forest. Thousands of people liked the video.

Unfortunately this is a real thing and will continue to drive the racial divide further. There is no magic bullet on making racism and division go away, It will take time with little steps and it will eventually run its course as we evolve . But all the progress we have made from the mid 90s till today has been torched with the race baters over the past few years getting further and further extreme. Its like we were on the way and some of the of the social norms started being inclusive and seen as normal, not look at that one black guy with all the whites. But The race pimps and extremist cant have that. we went from fighting for Rodney King (which I can say he deserved but at least there was somewhat of a reason to argue the 2 sides) to having to fabricate racial issues to keep it divided. some of the shite they are coming up with is just ridiculous and the sad part is, a good percentage of the 13% believe it.
But yes, Alot of people are going to be hesitant on bill's black friend coming with us or around us with the way the narrative can shift towards you for no other reason but being white.

Not only that, but it's already been pretty well established that the white friends who are being accused weren't even there at the time.
This entire case is nothing but black people's general delusional paranoia directed at whites & a corrupt biased media playing into it instead of exposing it.

The fact the dude’s parents have attorneys making these kind of nuanced statements in the public is enough a reason alone. If you don’t understand that you are being ignorant.

Nolan’s family lawyered up with a prominent race baiter attorney who is implying that Nolan’s friends are responsible for his death. Why the frick wouldn’t you lawyer up in that situation?
Plus the photos show them drinking and one of them had to have been driving the boat. BUI and underage drinking are both illegal, though I doubt they’d be facing charges for that in this situation unless someone was charged for the death.
But you also have possible wrongful death civil lawsuits. If he drowned and alcohol is determined to be a possible contributing factor, you can bet that they’re going to try to sue whoever provided the alcohol since he was underage.
