Would I leave a buddy behind just because I saw him talking with some chicks and assume he will find his way back somehow? Absolutely not.
There's a term for someone like that: cock blocker
As long as the buddy knows everyone else in his group is leaving and he says that he'll find another ride home later, then let him stay if he wants.
Unless they're blackout drunk, an 18 year old doesn't need to be babysat by their friends.

Civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump @attorneycrump revealed new details Tuesday in the death of Nolan Wells, who was found dead off Mississippi’s Horn Island.
He shared with @donlemonofficial during an appearance on his YouTube show that an argument broke out among the group before Wells died, and that Wells had been clear with those around him about staying away from any illegal substances with a critical tryout just days off. “They are still in disbelief, as they say, they’re in a nightmare, and they can’t wake up,” Crump told Lemon.
“They still have so many questions as to how the happened to their son, who was set on Monday to have his tryouts, because he is a Division II athlete, this was going to be his year.” Crump said Wells’ focus on a Division I future is central to why the family is pushing back on any narrative involving substances. “There was an alleged argument, and people say that was over things about, and he was being very clear to not have anything to do with anything that might get in his system, because he knew he had his big workout coming on Monday,” Crump said.
“They are not accepting that their son just died by coincidence or accident.” Asked by Lemon directly what the argument was about, Crump said his team is still gathering facts from friends who were present.
“We have investigated, we’re talking to some of their friends, and we’re gathering information. As we get that information, we will share it, because we want to be transparent. We don’t want to speculate, but we want to investigate, that’s very critical here.”
An independent autopsy is underway, separate from whatever findings Mississippi authorities produce.
“We’re going to have him flown to a medical examiner in Washington, D.C., where his body will be preserved to do an autopsy to study every aspect of if he had any physical injuries to his body beyond drowning,” Crump said. Results are expected Friday morning. This story will be updated.
I shared this last night assuming it was satire. Is this not a joke?

I read the family is flying the body to DC for a second autopsy. So I assume they got the results and didn't like the answers it gave.
So, are they just not going to tell us the results of the first one? Doesn't the coroner have to classify the death?

Check Facebook
the coroner said that he had no water in his lungs, no alcohol, had a 5.0 GPA, and the white kids regularly attended klan meetings at the local Ryan's Steakhouse

Doesn't that already kind of raise the concern that an unbiased review isn't going to take place as they are taking it to "their guy"?

Yea, that looks like a seltzer.
In the heat and with likely poor water intake, those things can hit a person pretty hard.
Not my cup of tea, but they don’t taste horrible and I’ve seen people throw them back like water.
High Noons go down pretty easy and they catch up on you... You start drinking them, the next thing you know, you're 10 deep and you're slurring your words. I know from experience...

Shouldn't we have the autopsy results by now? It's been 4 days. How long does it take?

This must be what it sounds like if I were to make some comments about nuclear physics, or microbiology - two topics I know nothing about - if they were read by nuclear physicists or microbiologists.
Crump is spouting off on topics of which he is ignorant, and speaking with the confidence of an expert.

And there it is. It doesn't even matter what the truth is, or if there is a mountain of evidence suggesting that this was an accident, they will not accept it. The insane internet mob already decided as soon as they saw the picture of him with his 3 white buddies that this was an evil, cold blooded murder, and there is literally nothing that will change their mind. These people are delusional fricking idiots. And extremely racist.

Yup - next thing we know, there will be completely made up reports of mysterious high def footage showing a lynching that is somehow being suppressed from the public.

Crump doesn't have anything on these social media experts. Saw a video today of some woman claiming she's certain it was a klan initiation ritual.

I have never met a member of the KKK.
The way they are portrayed as this massive omnipresent force is mind boggling.

Go check the SPLC’s roster to see if any of these guys are on the payroll.

I think they already leaked or announced the cause of death as drowning, but any additional info is still pending.
