I’m white, and on Facebook I got into an argument with a racebaiter who accused my entire lineage of being why black people suffer. This was an ER doctor. I googled her name and she was in an NPR article about how she was trying to help black people in medicine. I would hate to be a patient of hers if she really has this much disgust for 70% of the population.

Understand that a conversation here has limitations.
Appreciate the civility
If we're going to limit the conversation to American slavery, then we must at least acknowledge that it was white Americans who felt the rights established in the Constitution would not be fulfilled until those rights were extended to black Americans as well,
Far more white people died trying to free the slaves than died trying to keep them enslaved.
A thank you would be nice

Like I said earlier in the thread, if he was always hanging with the white kids, it wasn’t bc they treated him like shite.
I feel like there are tons of pictures that can be posted of him hanging with the same group of guys 24/7.
And regardless of what comes out as the cause of death, it’ll be a cover up. If they say he drowned and was over the limit alcohol wise, it’ll be a lie or they killed him and the local officials are covering for the white kids.
They will never accept that he got drunk and drowned and his friends didn’t realize he was gone bc they all just jumped on any empty boat they could.
