I would have probably agreed with the meh-ish comment based on the OP. She has 2 tons of makeup on but most all of them do in pageants.
But that picture you posted she is fine as frog hair and more naturally pretty than in the OP.

My judgment is admittedly skewed towards more historically “conventional” ethnicities of contestants for Miss America pageants.
