She’s meh-ish in the sense of what I’d expect from a Miss North Carolina.

As a Honduran-Mexican, she’s a “Go Tiger”. She’s a 9-ish there.

My judgment is admittedly skewed towards more historically “conventional” ethnicities of contestants for Miss America pageants.

(Think American-European, Asian or Polynesian)
