I was born in 1968. I don't know many, if any, in my age group (born 1960-1973) who comes close to fitting the definition of Baby Boomer or Gen X.

I think it is stupid to generalize, but a lot of you guys bashing the boomers have been given a lot. Your parents were boomers or close to it. Did they not put a roof over your head? Food? S cell phone? Car? Computers? Pay for college? They are in debt trying to give a better life for their children.
I was born in the 80s, went to college, worked my butt off and now have my own company. None of that would have been possible without my baby boomer parents.

Two general workplace only observations about 20 somethings.
Trainees to become heavy equipment operators expect to be able to carry and use their phones while operating. When they realize otherwise, you would swear they were going into withdrawal.
They cannot stand even a minor arse chewing. It is as if they haver never been yelled at before by someone in a position of authority.

For all you spoiled little turds complaining, I see the upvotes are running about even with the downvotes. Just an observation.
I thought many of my complaints in the OP were pretty specific. I haven't seen many of them refuted, other than the standard "thanks for raising us in such a shitty fashion." Basically you admit you're fricked up, but choose to blame it on somebody else. Thanks for proving my point.
