Quit buying your milk from Walmart. I get milk from Kroger and it last a week after the expiration date!

I find that whole milk lasts longer than 2%.

Publix milk never makes it to near the expiration date.

I probably have 3 glasses a day on the weekends. Occasionally I’ll add a little strawberry syrup to a glass if I can’t sleep. It seems to do the trick.

I think you are on to something here. Cardboard milks seem to not spoil as quickly.

Sounds like my house. I'm in no way OCD, but I don't let dishes sit overnight in the sink dirty. I'll wash them and it almost never fails that when I'm rinsing off the last dish, my wife will magically appear and say "I was just coming to do the dishes". YEAH RIGHT
My wife, when she does the dishes has the uncanny ability to completely fill the drainboard----------even if she's only washing 5 dishes. The concept of stacking them neatly in the drainboard is a foreign concept she has yet to grasp.

Actually Africans fall behind the Mid East.
Reason being is that while they used milk, it wasn’t a direct food source. They fermented it into cheeses, sour milk, and yogurt rather than drinking it directly.

I don't drink milk but my mother (94) does. I usually buy her groceries. We have found that the Publix milk tastes way better than Walmart milk and last past the expiration date. The Walmart and some other stores don't taste as good and often sour before the expiration date. YMMV
