have an impenetrable barrier between you and the women and communicate through written statements only and have 2 witnesses there the whole time to testify there was no contact of any kind, verbal or physical

women are too emotional and vindictive to not lie about fake harassment and #metoo BS and their mere presence in the office creates a hostile work environment for men

1) Neither
2) Shake
3) Hug if she initiates.

Latin cultures are generally more hug friendly. I have some co-workers who would be semi-offended if we didn’t hug haha.

A great big hug.... hold em tight. Run hand across small of her back. They love this. You will have no issues.

Shake hands in close proximity and rub the back of her hand along your willy. Hugging is not allowed unless you want a harassment claim.

Are you being serious?

You hug your grandmother, your female friends you don't see often, your female cousins you only see once a year.. If you attend church, you can give the old lady who lives down the road a hug. A friend you grew up with, but haven't seen their family in years... mom a hug..

No.. You don't do hugs in business settings.

My wife and I have a really good female friend that we've known for 15 or so year now. Her and I would end up crossing paths from time to time at work and I would freaking love when she would come up and give me a big tight hug and the little kiss on the cheek.

My co-workers were always pretty jealous.
