I'd have to assume they have reviewed other traffic videos of previous intersections, and that Joe was the one following Gasser? Seems like it would of been a lot different if Gasser was the one following joe.

Yeah, and if you kill someone for just getting out of their car then you're going to jail. You have basically said this, so stop trying to apply it to this case because apparently more happened than that.

Just so we're abundantly clear, if Joe got out and they were arguing at Gasser's window, Gasser does not have legal grounds to shoot him yet. If Joe tries to get into the car or if Gasser reasonably fears that his life is in imminent danger, then he's justified, but those grounds have to be met. You can't just shoot someone arguing at your window.

since presumably the 2 wounds that were mortal was the one through the lung and through the liver, there is a chance he was still breathing when the folks administering CPR showed up.
if he was shot in the head, then there would not have been any point in doing cpr.

If McKnight was chasing him for several miles, it would be very easy for someone to be fearful of their life if McKnight even came close to reaching in. One would also think that if he was fearful, he would have called 911 during the chase.

Question - How would an autopsy be able to tell if you're laying down and shot from above or standing and shot with the gun pointed straight at you? Science is crazy!!!
