I guess I would for half that compensation package.
Black bears are just big dogs. He wasn’t ever in any real danger.

Don’t frick up and do that shite with any other kind of bear.
What in the AI 4-fingered hell is this?
Book. fricking. Mark.

If you do not come back and report, a pox upon your house.
I’ve definitely sat in my back yard and watched the lawn breathe. 5g is a lovely dose.

Start smaller, 1-2g, and go up from there if you enjoy it. There’s a clear change for me at around 3g where the visual hallucinations start to happen.
It was 2014 and I was at a BTE concert and charity auction. One of the big items was a dinner where Tory McPhail would come to your house and cook dinner for 8 with wine pairings.

I had just gotten a really good job and a great bonus so I was going to splurge. I bid several times. Some dude behind me kept bidding along with me.

500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000… that got to the top of my price range.

I turned around and it was fricking Todd. I had no chance to actually win that. I asked if I could at least come to the dinner. He said no.

The Z51 stingray is such a great value proposition. 25+ mpg on the highway, can cruise in it for hours. Lots of fun stoplight to stoplight. More than fast and nimble enough for any weekend enthusiast to put it on the track and have a good time. Fairly durable (aside from the dreaded transmission issues which I avoided). Looks good, sounds good, and can be had for $60k or less for a great condition used model.

Hahaha exactly. It was predictable how the rear end would step out. Most of the time. Goddamn that car was fun but it was not a “I’m gonna go for a drive and clear my head” type of toy.

2025 2LZ coupe sitting in the garage. Took delivery at NCM recently. Drove it home and put 2k miles on it within the first month. It is obnoxiously loud and gets abhorrent gas mileage. And I absolutely love it. The carbon fiber aero kit is sexy as hell. Didn’t get the CF wheels. When it downshifts and burbles/pops I always get the biggest grin.

Had a 2020 2LT Z51 coupe before this. Super compliant, easy to daily drive, lots of fun when you wanted to cut up but very well mannered vehicle.

I also had a 2012 Shelby GT500 before that. It was tastefully modified (suspension, pulley, tune) and tried to kill me repeatedly. So much fun but definitely happy it’s gone.
The endless parade of stripper-adjacent ratchet arse females in and around the LSU student section is enough to tell me that my alma mater is lost and never coming back. She belongs to the streets.
The kids keep leaving the damn door open. You’re welcome, I guess.
Had ASI. They wanted a massive increase at renewal last year. Swapped to USAA. They were far cheaper than ASI was originally.
Kindly, go frick yourself. People grow and change. You grow together or grow apart. Spending life being fricking miserable like my grandparents generation ain’t it. Their skeletons are coming out of the closet thank to 23andMe. Do you think they were any better off because they stayed together? Go touch grass, dork.
You will very likely still have to pay child support even with a 50/50 custody arrangement. Ask me how I know. The State of Louisiana guidelines suck.
