That certainly appears to be the case. One wound to the left index finger and two entries to the upper chest with exits in the lower back. Bullets do strange things once they enter the body but it certainly would appear that Mcknight was at Gasser's window or at the very least the first one out of his car.

Ok so joe McKnight was basically shot inside gassers car which makes me right on it being self defense from 20 pages ago and you bleeding heart liberals fought me all along the way. Joe McKnight was not as innocent as you made him out to be he got the car and when you mess with the bull you get the horns. I told you the cops let him go for a reason and you guys still fought like the keyboard lawyers that you are. Gasser is free and joe is dead, nobody is a winner in the end but nobody found wrong in what gasser did

ballistics, blood spray, etc. will confirm this with the quickness if they put his vehicle into evidence.
should be an open/shut case one way or the other at that time.
