Exactly. It's only a matter of time before McDonalds finds a very inexpensive way to automate the sandwich making process as well.
These workers are fools. They'd be better off spending this time learning an actual trade.

It's up to the individual franchisee of that particular store what he/she wants to her their employees......if Taco Bell, Canes, Wendys, Burger King, etc are paying their employees $15/hour then MCD should as well

Those automated machines will never takeoff because i only go to these places for the rude employees at the cash registers. I mean what would happen if this was taken away

There is no find. It's trivial to make a robot that will frick up my burger order. It's only a matter of time before the robots are cheaper than the employees.

I do feel just a little bad for these folks because NOLA is not a cheap place to live and the public transportation sucks.
They made their choices in life though so they have to learn to live with them
