Shoukd be easy to do. Just lobby for some leeway or near independence for schools in the St. George area and she'd be home free.

The only change she made was that she made it part of official police policy that the cops have to warn people before they shoot them, but they can use discretion if danger is imminent. Not to mention that this very concept is long-established case law. Got news for you Mrs. Mayor. Law trumps Policy every time. Sorry.
