There's a lot of negatives to taking these. There's a lot of people getting diagnosed with bone issues like osteoporosis.
Good ole fashion diet and exercise doesn't have these but the fatties are too lazy to work hard and do this.
Calorie deficit, it's not that hard, fatties!
